Hello!, guys. I already made my evaluation of the entries.
It's a bit weak, but I think the users deserve it.

Chloe:
Executive Furni. = 60%
Events Staff Badge = 45%
"Pixel Art" Shirt = 45%
Carol's Drink Machine = 30% (used a user-made template)
Colored Bars (Blue, Black, Yellow, Pink, Purple and Red) = 50%
High DJ Turntable = 30% (already seen it)
Carol Egg = 45%
Lime Green Bar = 55%
Pink Egg = 45%
Blue Egg = 45%
Colored TVs = 80%
Colored Egyptian Lamps = 85%
Celebrity Eggs = 75%
Neon G&B Throne = 80% (needed the various parts to have 95%)
Pixel Monster = 75%
Love Machine Egg = 65%
Disgraced Man Egg = 80%
Emma's Throne = 70% (already seen one similar)
B&B Throne (needed the various parts to have 99%) = 85%
Savage Staff Badge = 50% (already seen one similar and made one)
Lauren's Drink Machine = 45% (used a user-made template)
Savage Pillow = 50%
Colored Laser Gates = 65%
Savage Banner = 45% (based only on overlaying)
Total avg.: 5,8 pts.

Moderator Badge = 70%
Expert Badge = 40%
Savage Throne = 55%
Total avg.: 5,5 pts.

Pixel Art Chloe = 55%

Total avg.: 0,5 pts.

Golden's Evaluation Results:
1st Chloe - 5,8 pts.
2nd LaurenRAWRXDFTW - 5,7 pts.
3rd Flaze - 5,5 pts.

Best custom: B&B Throne [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] and Colored Egyptian Lamps.

Questions you may ask:
= I posted my custom on the forum, why didn't it appear on the evaluation? =
Answer: Maybe you didn't post it on the Contest Entries sub-forum.

= Huh? B&B Throne and the Colored Egyptian Lamps won? Why? =
Answer: It's shadows and lines were so well defined and there was no pixel missing, so it had 85%.

= Are the results this way? I really won?! =
Answer: No, this is only one judge's evaluation. When all judges judged we will make the total average again and that result will be the final one. The results can still turn upside down.

= Whats happening to the forum before the evaluation ends? =
Answer: The forum is gonna be Savage's Graphics Forum, still the same but with the sub-forum Contest Entries locked.
